Our Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to exchange your purchase for any item of equal value or pay the difference on higher-priced items. We will do our best to satisfy your needs. We do not provide refunds.

If you need to exchange an item back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to do so. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. EASY EXCHANGES

Not sure if you want to keep your item? No problem. All exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt. Delivery costs are non-refundable and return logistics are the customer's responsibility. If you’d like to exchange in person, please come to our Pickering Location at 1550 Bayly St #27 Pickering Ontario L1W3W1, open 11 am-7 pm daily, all year round.

HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS

STEP 1 - EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE

Email Customer Care as soon as you receive your item at [smarthomedevices@hotmail.com] (mailto:smarthomedevices@hotmail.com) letting us know: Your order number Specifically which item(s) you want to exchange and why. If the product has an issue, send us details and images as we’ll help fix this first.

STEP 2 - PACK YOUR ITEM(S)

We’ll send our Returns Address. Pack your item carefully in the original packaging, with all tags and components still attached.

STEP 3 - POST BACK USING A TRACKABLE METHOD

Return your package using a trackable courier. The safe delivery and cost of your item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches our Returns Address. Email us your post/delivery receipt so we know it’s on its way. All returns for exchange must be received at the Returns Address within 28 days of you receiving your item(s).

We do not accept liability for items not received to the return address. Please ensure you purchase tracking numbers and insurance to levitate you of any additional inconveniences.
